This is a rare and hard to find absolute diluted in best quality American Jojoba.
Green tea oil is steam distilled from the freshly picked tea leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis plant. It has a fresh, light floral scent, excellent for perfuming skin creams and lotions - it is also known to contain anti-oxidants, which are beneficial for skincare products. In skincare use to treat acne, scars, dermatitis, wrinkles, cellulite, and to heal sensitive or damaged skin.
Green tea is light, and allows beautiful exposition in the topnotes of a perfume. Its agreeable harmonizing abilities lend themselves beautifully to the delicacy of Citruses, Violet Leaf, Clary Sage, and Palmarosa (just to name a few notes)
While Green Tea will be most easily accessed in the topnotes of a perfume, it is possible to adapt some of the more sheer middlenotes with Green Tea Absolute.
When added to Palmarosa, Green Tea will create an even fresher, more lemonade like quality. With its healthily uplifting aroma, this particular accord might provide a needed lightness sufficient to lift up a heavier men's base of cedars, sages, or tobaccos.
Green Tea and Green Cognac is also a lovely combination and will create more diffusion and lift which will not interfere with innate complexity. This makes Green Tea Absolute invaluable to the adventurous perfumer. The subtlety of Green Tea Absolute allows for all sorts of amazingly innovative partnerings. Vanilla, Osmanthus, Labdanum, Linden etc.
The only limits to the applications of Green Tea Absolute are those you choose to define for yourself.

Always dilute to 5% or less before using on the skin.
Skin test all products before using. Apply a small amount, about a drop or less, to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs. Keep all essential oils, perfume oils and fragrance products away from eyes and mucous membranes. If any oil gets in the eye rinse with full fat milk. If stinging continues seek medical advice.
Essential oils are flammable, keep away from plastics and polished surfaces.
